On clicking an emailed link to a comment that no longer exists, should warn user

Description

If you get an email with a comment on code, and that comment is subsequently deleted, then you click on the link, it opens to the correct page and gives the impression that all is in order.

Proposal

Consider a message at the top of the page to the effect of 'the comment to which this link refers no longer exists'?
