Add a simple cycle stage visualization
Description
In Cycle Analytics (CA), there isn't a quick way to assess the cycle median time as a whole. Sure, you can read the medians for each stage and establish the comparison on your own, dealing with different measures of time (hours, days, etc.). But it's not a practical way to understand where the cycle is losing or gaining speed. It doesn't get any easier if we take into consideration that users might want to compare cycles (last 30 days vs. last 90 days). How can we quickly jump back and forth to see if a particular stage has improved when compared to the whole cycle?
Proposal
A simple single stacked horizontal bar, where each stage is compared to the whole cycle time (100%).
