"forgot your password?" external link for LDAP domain

Description

Provide a admin-defined "Forgot password?" path under LDAP sign-in fields. Since gitlab doesn't change LDAP passwords, this would be admin-assigned to some page external to gitlab (such as a "self-service password" capability).

Proposal

Add a single configuration item that accepts a URL and, if defined, shows "Forgot your password?" link on the LDAP domain sign-in page.

Options:

• Since it may be specific to a single LDAP domain, it may need to be an array or a per-LDAP configuration piece.
• Provide a label as well, to replace "Forgot your password?"
