Secret token missing for workhorse in init script.

gitlab-workhorse needs to know about the secret token. Over in omnibus, this was added in omnibus-gitlab@2c9b2a22 in their workhorse launch script. This is missing in gitlab-ce in lib/support/init.d/gitlab, and i had to add it manually in our setup (we're launching gitlab through systemd).
