Description

Create custom documentations, and generate a browsable global URL for it. You can imagine this like the inbuilt help documentations. With no header, no distractions, just the document. But inside the custom namespace.

Proposal

For a small organisation, they may create products, and that require documentations. Some may need a custom help section for the product. This is not inside the GitLab, but accessible for anyone globally, like default Help. (No distractions, extra tabs etc.)

Example Case:

I create a website, that awards some badges to users while they use the features of the site more (like Stack Overflow). I want to create an excellent documentation. With the Markdown support and the tools and features already built into GitLab, we can do it. But a proper channel is missing.

I am requesting a custom feature, which helps the developers/organisation to create end-user documentations from the GitLab itself. This can be linked from a specific folder of a specific project, or it can be just the Wiki of the project. It should not have any distractions. It can be viewed globally by anyone with the URL.
