View and manage project members from the group_members page

Description

It is cumbersome and awkward to navigate through all group projects to see which members are assigned to each group

Proposal

I propose that we show a list of each project in the group at the bottom of the group_members page.
And then within each project block we show the project level members for that project.
An initial implementation could just be a list for reference purposes
More advanced could allow full project member management from the group_members page from within each project block
