Board Ongoing Column

It would be nice to know what issues are being worked on in the Issues board without having to use a label just to indicate someone is assigned to the issue.

Proposal

How the milestone board have an "Ongoing Issues (open and assigned)" column, it would be great to have the ability to add an optional column like this the Issues board.
