Improve todos list view to always show the title of the issue

Description

The Todos list contains all the todos that have been associated to me. In some cases the title of the issue/MR is hidden, and we need to mouse over the issue number to find out what the issue is. We actually don't need to know the issue number (as it's currently the case).

It's not ideal to have to mouse over to see an important information in this list of todos.

Proposal

• Improve the todos view to show the title of the MR/issue no matter what.
