Improve logging of attempted SSH/HTTP clones

This is a feature request for showing, failed authorisation requests.

Admin to view activity/audit/logs for when a user who doesn't have sufficient privileges attempts to clone/pull/push/etc. to a repo he/she doesn't have permissions to access.
