Show ticket and merge request description on project's activity

Project's activity page would be more useful if you can show the tickets' description, merge request's description, etc directly on the page instead of showing them when you put your mouse over the ticket number or merge number. Right now it is difficult to see at a glance what's going on.

You don't even need more vertical space given that you have a lot of space between this links and last update time information.
