Efficiently bundle front-end resources for unauthenticated users

We're currently loading all of our application code and dependencies prior to authentication.

Very few of these resources are used prior to authentication. It would make sense to more carefully bundle them for the login/registration screens.

I know this isn't a simple fix, but will be something to consider as we discuss upgrades to the front-end build.
