Ui-Option to run a custom gitlab-ci.yml for testing purposes

similar to the ci-lint, i would like an option to run a custom gitlab-ci.yml in the context of a repo in order to test, if everything works.

During setup of a new ci file, i find myself commiting a number of gitlab-ci.yml changes until it works as desired, this si quite cumbersome.
