Group / instance overview of cycle analytics
Description
A large potential customer (>1500 users) mentioned that they'd be interesting in seeing an overview of how their teams are performing, both from a group level and even an instance level.
Proposal
I think this should be together with other reports (to be created / linked)

I imagine a simple list of all projects / groups, where you can sort by speed for instance. We could warn of outliers in terms of cycle analytics data (be that issue speed, merge speed or anything else).
