CI: Wrong build time indication for builds in progress

Sometimes I can see a time indicator at pipelines page showing a nonsense. Here's an example of two builds that started at the same time, yet one of them reports two minutes while the other reports 3 seconds.

These 3 seconds are reported inside build details. We can clearly see the total time in the top doesn't match with the time the jobs have been running.
