Job list on a build page won't span vertically

Summary

For background, I'm always looking at gitlab on a vertical screen better adapted, IMHO, to reading logs, discussions).

On build pages, the right column contains various build details. This details won't span vertically and the list of jobs will be difficult to navigate.

Steps to reproduce

Open a build on a vertical screen.

Expected behavior

I would expect the informations in the right window to span vertically so that I do not have to scroll in the job list (which would have a subwindow vertically adjusted). This would lead to less "wasted" space above the build details.

Actual behavior

The job list has its own vertical scrollbar and is in a small subwindow.

Relevant logs and/or screenshots
