Members: Show direct matches first when searching for user

I'm trying to add @kwiat as a member. It seems to be quite hard because search returns everything except what I want.

• Either show exact matches first, both for first+last names and for nicknames, or
• Let me type in @kwiat in the field without having to select him from the dropdown. Just accept my input.
