Duplicate and conflicting Jira issue actions on merge requests.
Summary
Linked Gitlab with our Jira. When a MR mentions an issue in its description, the MR states 2 opposites things it will do (close / not close).
Steps to reproduce
Use the Jira integration from Gitlab. Submitted a merge request with in the description Closes OTA-1045 (OTA being our prefix). No other mentions of OTA=1045 in commits from the feature branch of the MR.
Expected behavior
A single mention with what will happen on Jira.
Actual behavior
Double mention saying both it will close and not close the issue.
