[Feature proposal] Storage for additional project files

Every project usually has some additional files: documentation, resources, images, agreements and licenses.

Not all of those files makes sense to have in the source control - I wouldn't put images, for example, or even documentation.

Nevertheless, these files are still related to the project and when you get back to archived project - it would be good to have these files too.

Proposal: supply some additional(cloud?) storage per-project basis for additional files, that can be accessed, but are not put into the source control and do not have to be fetched with the project every time.
