Admin user projects view limits number of projects to an arbitrary number

The admin user projects view arbitrarily limits the number of projects shown for each section. Contributed projects is limited to 5 and personal projects is limited to 10. There is no indication given that more projects could exist. We should either paginate, or at least provide some indication that the user has more projects than are presented there. This led to the customer believing something weird was going on because the user reported hitting the 30 projects limit but the admin only saw 10 projects in the admin area.
