8.15.4-ee UI Bug When Comparing Branches

Summary

It's not as pretty as it cool be.

Steps to reproduce

  1. View a repository in the Gitlab UI 8.15.4-ee
  2. View the branches for this repository
  3. Choose a branch and select "Compare"
  4. See text outside of border in branch comparison (screenshot)

Expected behavior

The branch name should be encapsulated within the border/frame, or use an ellipses.

Actual behavior

The branch name bursts out like an angry monster from its containment.
