Add a view file button in merge request discussion code comments

Hy,

if i have a code-comment (about the diff) in my MR, it is super hard to get to the full file.

At the moment i have to click on the link (which is the name of the file where the change is) and then it get to the diff. From there i have to search my file and then i can click on View File

I would be nice if there is a View File button directly in the imported code-comment in the MR discussion because then it is possible to jump to the whole file.
