`gitlab:shell:install` fails without present `/home/git/repositories`

Installing GitLab 8.10.2 from source, the command sudo -u git -H bundle exec rake gitlab:shell:install REDIS_URL=unix:/var/run/redis/redis.sock RAILS_ENV=production fails, if /home/git/repositories is not present.

If the directory is not present, it should be created by the Rake task.
