Make ldapsearch can derefence alias

In our ldap settings, we have dn: ou=users,dc=gitlab,dc=company,dc=com includes many alias which are refencencing entires in dn: ou=people,dc=company,dc=com. These alias should be allowed to derefrenced so that gitlab can get required attributes to auth the user with ldap.
