Directed/Mikado Graphs for Issues

In the same way that we look for keywords of 'resolves' and 'closes' in descriptions and take actions I think there would be value in being able to dynamically generate a Mikado graph for a project based upon the same style of searching. For example in an issue you could say "depends on gitlab-ce#867" or "blocked by #5309 (closed)" so that within a project a graphical representation of work could be auto-generated.
