Group Permission are not carrying down to Projects

Summary

Group members do not have access to the projects in the group.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a group
  2. Define members
  3. Create a project
  • you can see the member from the group listed under project members
  1. Attempt to access the project as one of the other members - 404 error

Expected behavior

Members defined at the group level should flow down to projects unless explicitly altered at the project level

Actual behavior

I am forced to re-add all members directly to the project
