Configure a default sorting on issues

Description including problem, use cases, benefits, and/or goals

All issues are sorted on "Last created" by default. I would love to see this default value to be configurable. In larger project I would like to see all issues sorted on "Priority" by default because this gives me a better insight on the work that needs to be done. The most recent issue isn't always the most important want to see on top of the list.

Proposal

Make default issue sorting configurable. I don't know if this should be configurable per project or for a complete setup (or even per user).
