[Feature] Info about changed milestone and assignee user

When I create issue and set milestone I can't see it in comment.

What is wrong ?

Because, when I change milestone in future, in to comments is writing information about new milestone, but missing information about first setting milestone. ...

Every other changes milestone are in comments ....

When I want to control issues and their changes ... missing first milestone set .. (label have adding and removing state)

Same for assignee user ... missing first assign
