Entire Project Mirroring [Feature Proposal]
A project mirroring feature would allow to sync a GitLab project with any other remote git project like a GitHub one and vice versa.
In a perfect world, this feature would allow us to work on a project both from GitLab and (for instance) Github, and each time you make a change on the project (or each time someone opens an issue, or whatever happens) from whichever of them, it is automatically mirrored on the other so that you have your project exactly on the same state on two different places (or more if you want, that wouldn't be limited to GitLab and GitHub).
All this in order to use different forges for the same project so that in case of unavailability of one of them you can still work and so that your project isn't hidden from potential contributors just because they're using another forge (for example if you use GitLab for your projects but you want the absolutely huge number of GitHub users to be able to contribute to your projects too).
