Consistent action links

Currently the design for all the action links is quite different all over the place. After speaking with @dzaporozhets we said the best thing would be:

• For labels, comments, SSH keys, and in general smaller things we should use only icons (like the comments/discussion has already) should be those buttons.
• For bigger items/major editable items use buttons with text.
  • For the Edit button use the text "Edit" always and the class .btn.btn-default
  • For the Edit button use the text "Delete" always and the class .btn.btn-danger
