Description

CI status for a user's builds should be apparent regardless of that user's current navigation status

Proposal

Notify users of the status of their builds regardless of where in the product they have navigated to. Users should only be notified of builds they have initiated, not all builds.

Possible future enhancement to this: Allow users to subscribe to particular pipelines/CI events.

These would be excellent EE features
