Nondeterministic global snippet URLs
Proposal
As a CE user, I would like to be able to create a public "global" snippet that is accessed via a URL that is not easy to predict.

Rationale
This feature would make it possible to share the URL to a public snippet without easily exposing other public snippets. There is no real benefit to having deterministic global snippet URLs that I can see. They only decrease privacy and potentially allow mischievous actors to easily scrape your global snippets.
