Build status emails template

As mentioned in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ci/merge_requests/75 it is cool to see build status as header color. But through migration Gitlab-CI into Gitlab these changes missed.

In addition, is it possible to easily customize email template (especially, without access to gitlab sources)?

It would be cool to add last line( or some last lines) of build log to clarify, what is happened wrong without open url.
