Feature Proposal: Add "invoke trigger" buttons to Triggers UI

When seeing gitlab-ce!3946, it made me think that it would be useful to have an additional button in each row of the Triggers list that would allow you to invoke the trigger. All the information you need is already shown on the page, it would just need to invoke the POST request that is spelled out for you. The only complexity is that the UI would need to provide the user a way to specify the ref to build against, probably defaulting to master. Seems like this should be a simple change though.
