Issue Status Codes

While the current system mirrors GitHub well. The addition of issue status codes would be supremely helpful from a project management point of view.

Proposed Statuses:

new - ticket has not been accepted

accepted - user confirmed user receipt

inprogress - user has started working on ticket

waiting - waiting on another user to continue

testing - ticket is completed and being tested

completed - user has tested and confirmed update works

reopened - ticket was completed or closed but continues to not pass QA

declined - user does not want to work ticket
