Feature Request: Identify fork projects in dashboard project list

When viewing projects it would be nice to be able to filter and view only projects that have been forked from other repositories. This extra filtering capability would be useful when cleaning up project forks if no longer needed.

1. Add a tab for forked projects
2. Add indicator to projects showing that a project is a fork
