Email notifications: should we include "via GitLab" in 'from' or subject?

I've noticed that when receiving email notifications - specifically, when someone comments on an issue after you - the email's 'from' is just the username of the commenter, albeit with a GitLab email address (but my client doesn't display this until the email is opened). The subject line is simply the issue title.

If I have lots of emails coming in, GitLab's may be a little harder to pick out. So would it be worth including the GitLab name somewhere in either of these fields?
