False alarms from repository checks on large newly created repositories

Observed on gitlab.com: repositories of ~200MB, created today and checked today, that failed the check. I manually schedule a new check in the admin panel and the check passes.

Without having seen repocheck.log (yet) it is hard to say what the problem is. But whatever the problem is, manually clicking 'check again' should not be the solution. :)
