Deprecate/move from community troubleshooting wiki to GitLab docs?

The community has a troubleshooting wiki at https://github.com/gitlabhq/gitlab-public-wiki/wiki/Trouble-Shooting-Guide and duplicated at https://forum.gitlab.com/t/troubleshooting-guide-wiki/31. A lot of this is now outdated and only pertains to source installs. Still, some of it could be useful still.

In the interest of not misleading users, should we go through it, pick out the important pieces, update it and move it to GitLab docs?
