Multiple files being attached to an issue makes the links being created merely concatenated, ugly when rendered, and hard to reformat.

Rendering them with a markdown list item per link is immensely more productive, even when the user subsequently wants to format them differently.

Actual result:

[foo_unwieldy_filename_001.log](http://url.to/file/name/badcafe)[bar_extra_long_filename_20010611.txt](http://url.to/file/name/decafbad)

Expected result:

- [foo_unwieldy_filename_001.log](http://url.to/file/name/badcafe)
- [bar_extra_long_filename_20010611.txt](http://url.to/file/name/decafbad)

Possibly better?:

- [foo_unwieldy_filename_001.log][att01]
- [bar_extra_long_filename_20010611.txt][att02]

[att01]: http://url.to/file/name/badcafe
[att02]: http://url.to/file/name/decafbad
