Parameterised builds in UI

Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.

This seems to be possible through the API, but not through the web frontend. Specifically, I'm thinking of functionality like the Jenkins Parameterised Build plugin. Being able to do this by branch would be excellent.
