Removing user as member from project should unassign the user from issues and MR

When a user is removed as member of a group the member should be unassigned from any issue/MR where the user is still assigned, or at least the user should not be notified on their dashboard of that issue being assigned to them.

In this example User4 was removed from Twitter/Flight and the sidebar looks like this:
