Include assigned items in Todos
You should be able to see issues and MRs that are open and assigned to you in Todos, including if you assigned yourself to something.
I think this is something different than the event of being assigned something. Right now Todos acts a super powered notification feed. If we'd include things that do not rely on events, that'd be different from that nature and confusing (why would you press on Done eventhough the thing is still open?).
Maybe a tab with 'Assigned', next to Todos, would be the best option. They would not disappear until the issue is closed / MR is closed or merged.
