Default Label for all issues

I think it would be useful if GitLab had a feature to add a Default Label (or Default Labels? Not sure if more than one would be useful) for every issue that's opened.

We could have a Label called "Needs Evaluation" or something similar. I've noticed that a lot of issues get pushed past the first page and oftentimes never looked at again. At the very least, we should strive to close irrelevant issues and properly tag relevant issues with "Frontend", "Backend", "Bug", "Feature", etc. so that they can easily be sorted and discovered in the future.
