List of all subscribed issues

When developer passes maintenance of a component with a lot of issues to another developer, he stays subscribed to all these issues and receives a lots of irrelevant e-mails.

It would be nice to have a list of all subscriptions (subscribed issues) with unsubscribe buttons, so it is easy to unsubscribe from no longer relevant issues.

Workaround

Emoji react to issues you're interested in.

Proposal

Add a tab to display Subscribed issues in Your Work > Issues with the option to unsubscribe from the overview.
