Limit amount of data sent with Sentry list

User can control the amount of data sent when listing Sentry issues which could exceed Redis entry limits.
Ideally, we would like to limit the size of data sent from Sentry to a sane limit. This will require some investigation and it possibly overlaps with limits being set at the ReactiveCache/Redis level.
