Add the ability to trigger a pipeline from the main project page

Problem to solve

Instead of having to go to the Pipelines page to trigger a pipeline, it would be easier if there was a button to do so on the main Project page.

• Delaney (Development Team Lead)
• Sasha (Software Developer)
• Devon (DevOps Engineer)
• Sam (Security Analyst)

Proposal

Add a Run Pipeline button to the main Project page. This should also allow for the running of a pipeline in a particular branch.

Permissions and Security

There are concerns that the person pressing the button have the correct permissions to do so for that branch.
However, as this is simply a duplication of the Run Pipeline button from the CI/CD > Pipelines page, it shouldn't be a concern.

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?

When there is a Run Pipeline button on the project page that works exactly like the button on the CI/CD > Pipelines page.
