[PARENT] Wiki Activity: Show on Project, Group and User Activity pages

User story

[When] I contribute to the wiki [I want to] see my activity captured on the project, group and user activity pages [so that] other people are informed as changes are made.

Final designs for development

On the project and group pages a new tab should be added called Wiki so that Wiki activity can be properly sorted.

This same tab structure should be replicated to the group activity page.

Contributions to the wiki should also appear as part of a users activity on their profile and activity pages.

Original Issue I just found that when we do git push to the wiki we are creating PostReceive Job and then inside that job we do return because we can't find a project by that repo_path. Instead, it should update project activity at least.
