Allow a user to edit a parent epic within an epic

Problem to solve

Editing a parent epic within an epic is currently cumbersome. How might we allow a user to quickly change epic relationships within an epic in a way that doesn't involve much copy and pasting, and clearly displays to a user impact of their editing on the tree?

• How will this impact our Ancestor list? How will it impact our Tree? Can we make these two areas more cohesive, and if so and they end up being combined-how will that impact editing these relationships?
• Does this belong in Ancestors? The Tree? Both? In one combination of the two? As its own entity?
