Configure pipeline alerts for Security Products projects
I have scheduled a bunch of pipelines to spot failures earlier than the next commit. Some of these pipelines are now failing regularly, without being noticed by the team(s).
We should schedule a pipeline running at least weekly for all master branches, and trigger an alert in our dedicated Slack channel (#SP_Alerts) for all projects. It's already detailed here: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/security-products/tests/common#how-to-create-a-new-test-project, but it seems not all projects are following this.
As of today, I have https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/security-products/tests/python-pip, https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/security-products/analyzers/find-sec-bugs (deprecated, should we achieve this project?), and https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/security-products/tests/ruby-bundler
