Cycle Analytics: Save, load, share a template at a user level

Problem to solve

Once users load the available templates, they would like to be able to change and just bookmark or save one for themselves to use and have as a default. This should not give any issues for bubbling up data to the top level as we see it as just a different way to see the same data.
